Campaign contributions are subject to the following requirements outlined in Florida Statute. Please review this information before making a campaign contribution.

Florida Statute 106.08 limits campaign contributions to a total of $500.00 for each election cycle.
An child under the age of 18 may not make a contribution in excess of $100.00.
Contributions made in cash or with a cashier's check may not exceed $50.00
Contribution limits apply to each election cycle; the primary and general election are separate election cycles.
Contributions may be made by check, money order or electronic payment and must include the name, address and occupation of the contributor.
Any person who knowingly and willfully makes contributions in violation of this law, is subject to prosecution.
